Visionary Arts Playshop

Welcome to the Visionary Arts Playshop: a special community art night that will guide us past our perceived limitations and into a world of new creations.

This will be a creative community space to let go of our inhibitions and awaken the visionary artist within each of us. The evening will offer guided visual art practises & teachings by the facilitator, who will share personalized techniques, skills and liberating encouragement with the class.

The evening will then unfold into a playful gathering of newly inspired artists who can continue to freely connect with one another and the visions that arose between them.

Come with an open, playful spirit & leave with your own original artwork, new inspiration, and new friends in the art community <3

The Visionary Arts Playshop is a place where we as a community can experience the transformative inward journey that art can take us on when we allow ourselves to be moved, healed and connected by it.

This Month's Facilitator: We welcome back the original host and co-creator, Andre López!

~ Andre López is a multidisciplinary visual artist and healing arts educator. His passion for social justice prompted him to study political science in school, where he learned he could do more good for the community through art. With an emphasis on fun, Andre's teaching practice encourages artists to overcome limiting beliefs and self doubt through the power of play! Cultivating a relationship with one's own innate creative process is the intention. Andre's hope is for everyone to feel empowered to enjoy their creativity, express themselves, and feel loved.
