Linden Leaf and Flower

  • A species of deciduous tree that is native to Europe and North America. The tree is noted for its longevity, sometimes living for nearly 1000 years. It produces tiny aromatic flowers that attract bees.
  • The tea made from linden is most commonly used to soothe anxiety and mental stress.

Suggested Use: Used to make a sweet, mild-tasting tea. Because of its astringent properties, linden is also used to make cosmetics, salves, and lotions for the skin.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark location in a sealed container.
