Saw Palmetto Berries
- A hardy, short palm plant that grows in the subtropical climates of the Southeastern United States. The stalk of the plant has fine, sharp teeth, which give it its name.
- According to some studies, may be effective in decreasing symptoms of an enlarged prostate, and is used alongside other herbs to treat certain prostate infections.
Also used for relief of cold symptoms, coughs, sore throat, and headaches, as well as as a natural diuretic and to promote relaxation.
