Buddstone Tumbled

Buddstone is a trade name for a mottled green stone related to Verdite. Buddstone is sometimes called “South African Jade” as it is only found in that location. Buddstone enhances stamina and patience, especially for those caring for the elderly or children.

Buddstone has a very calming and soothing energy which helps us to feel safe enough to do our emotional “work.” It encourages us to acknowledge our own rough spots and edges, and to actively work to smooth and polish them.
