Ingredients: Equal Parts: Reishi*, Cordyceps , Turkey Tail , Chaga* & Lion's Mane. Extracted in hot water.*Extracted in alcohol and hot water. Fruiting body only. At least 30% polysaccharides.

Suggested Use: 1/4  tsp (1g) 2-4 times daily. Can be added to hot water and drunk as a broth, or added to other beverages like coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc. May also be added to food, or smoothies, put into capsules, or used as directed by your practitioner. 
Storage: To effectively control moisture within the package the use of a desiccant is recommended. It is included in the finished good and should be kept with the product while stored, tightly closed when the product is not in use.
