My new pantry staple

I had an ongoing problem with not being able to use an entire can of coconut milk, keeping it in the fridge to just go bad and grow mold. This little powder is a serious game changer! I brought with me on a camping trip because I didn't want to pack a can opener, but I will definitely have this stocked in my kitchen for years to come. Tastes just like the real thing, and you can use only the amount you need at a time to reduce food waste!
