Hemp Hearts

Grown without herbicides and pesticides.

Hemp hearts are the hulled form of hemp seeds, which are from the hemp plant Cannabis sativa. Although they are the same species as cannabis, hemp hearts only contain trace amounts of THC (<0.3%).

They have 25% protein and contain all essential amino acids including omega 3 and 6 and may help reduce the risk of heart disease, reduce blood pressure, and decrease the risk of blood clot formation. 

Hemp hearts also contain high amounts of soluble and insoluble fibre, which benefit digestive health, and are a great source of vitamin E, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron, and zinc!
