  • A small, aromatic, subtropical shrub that has serrated leaves and little bright yellow flowers. It is native to southern Texas and Latin America.
  • Use for medicinal purposes in Mexico and Central America dates back to the Aztec Empire.
  • Traditionally it has been used as an aphrodisiac, relaxant, digestive stimulant, and for its positive, emotionally uplifting effect. 
Suggested Use: Dried damiana can be brewed into a tea, encapsulated, made into a tincture, or used in herbal smoking blends. 
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark place in an airtight container.
